Is self care at home effective against Shingles ?

        Single home remedies are good for you but medicine is better. This being said, there are some thing and procedures to do for your self that help faster cure of shingles.

        Do not scratch because this can lead to a unwanted bacterial infection. Apply compresses with cold tap water over the blisters to help drying them.Remove the scabs. Use mild soap and water to keep the area clean and prevent further problems. Try wearing loos clothes to avoid contact to the rash and avoid contact with other so that they will not get infected.
